The studio embraces a soft color palette, furnishings with natural textures, light wood tones and linen wallcoverings. With a relaxed yet stylish California aesthetic, the model perfectly balances a mixture of rich marble and stones with tranquil woods and playful décor including a confetti terrazzo side table and a variety of muted blush painted surfaces. The one-bedroom apartment model features deeply saturated tones evoking a warm, serene aesthetic. The living room and master bedroom showcase a modern design with touches of industrialism shown through a leather-wrapped bed frame, textured grey wallcoverings, slate blue accent walls and brown leather furniture. Highlights include the chef-inspired kitchen complete with artisan appliances, a spacious bathroom and grand walk-in closet plus two additional closets to maximize storage. The two-bedroom apartment model exhibits a polished and sophisticated living space with room for entertaining, work and everything in between.
