A public-private partnership between Related California, Richmond Labor and Love Community Development Corporation and the Richmond Community Redevelopment Agency, Trinity Plaza is a mixed-use development consisting of 66 apartments for low-income seniors and 3,000 square feet of retail including a market and restaurant. The development includes 1,000 square feet of community space with a computer lab and social services center that will host vocational and educational training classes.
