In partnership with the City of Anaheim, Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and the Anaheim Housing Authority, Pradera Apartments is the largest affordable housing development for low and very low-income families in Anaheim. Located on 4.21 acres near historic downtown Anaheim, phase two is comprised of 74, two and three-bedroom townhome-style apartments that share the 5,500 square foot community center complete with recreation area, open space, tot lots, play areas with barbecues, and a two-story subterranean parking structure. There is an onsite preschool through a collaboration with the Anaheim Elementary School District.
