Fillmore Marketplace was the last affordable housing site in San Francisco's Western Addition Redevelopment Area.  This 120-unit affordable development for low-income families includes six residential structures, consisting of five 3-story, three-bedroom townhomes fronting the street and one, 7-story tower with one and two-bedroom apartments. On-site amenities include an 1,800 square foot childcare center.
