Espaira is the second 100% affordable family development located in Irvine's Great Park Neighborhoods. A partnership with FivePoint and New ETHIC, Espaira consists of 84 affordable apartments for low-income families on 5.35 acres, complete with a 4,000-square-foot leasing and social services center, community room with kitchen, media room, computer center, mailroom and play area. Other amenities include pool, barbecue and picnic pavilion and dog run. On-site services are provided by LifeSteps and include after school programs and educational classes.
