Emporia Place II is the second phase of an affordable housing community in the City of Ontario consisting of 50 apartments for extremely low, low, and very low-income families. Phase II consists of two (2) three-story residential buildings and one (1) single-story community building, located on a 2.15-acre site across the street from Emporia Place I. 

The approximately 1,900 square foot community building offers a family gathering area and laundry facilities. Additional onsite amenities include a tot lot, swimming pool, and teen gathering space. Residents of Phase II will also have access to the common area enhancements, social services, and laundry facilities in Phase I, which include approximately 4,000 square feet of community space, including a community room and kitchen, management offices, social services activity zone, splash pad, tot lot, and additional gathering spaces for teenagers. There are 97 ground-level parking spaces for residents and guests. LifeSTEPS provides onsite resident services, including adult educational programs, health and wellness classes, and after-school programs for children. Phase II residents will also have access to the social services available in Phase I.

Emporia Place II is a public-private partnership with the City of Ontario and a critical piece in the revitalization of downtown Ontario.
