Located on a 2-acre site in Outer Southeast Portland, Crescent Court Apartments is an affordable development with 138 apartments for low and very low-income individuals and families. Seven units have been designated as permanent supportive housing for individuals who are houseless or at risk of houselessness.  Common area amenities include a community room with kitchen, internet stations, teen room, resident services space, playground, and picnic area with barbecue.

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Portland will inaugurate their new 1,700 square foot club inside Crescent Court Apartments and provide a safe and positive place for neighborhood kids, and free after-school and summer programming for school-aged residents. The Immigrant Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) provides outreach to immigrant and refugee families at lease-up.  Intensive onsite resident services and specialized case management is provided by Central City Concern.
