Located next to phase one on a 3.53-acre site owned by the City of Bloomington, Bloomington Grove II is an 84-unit affordable community for low and very low-income families. Residents have access to the new 6,590 square foot Bloomington Public Library and a 3,676 square foot community building that accommodates a computer lab, conference room, two community rooms, a swimming pool and barbecue area, and onsite social services offices for PATH Ventures.  Amenities include tot lots, barbecue areas, laundry rooms and gated resident parking.  Twenty units are reserved for Project Based Section 8 residents. Onsite social services are provided by People Assisting the Homeless (PATH) and the Boys and Girls Club of Fontana, and include adult educational classes and after school programs for kids.
