​​​​Berkeley 75 is the acquisition and rehabilitation of the Berkeley Housing Authority's portfolio of 75 family units located on 3.6 acres across 15 sites throughout the City of Berkeley. These three- and four-bedroom, one- and two-story attached townhomes are situated in low-density residential neighborhoods near schools, parks, shopping and transit. 14 of the townhomes were built in 1981 with state Rental Housing Construction Program funds and 61 were completed in 1986 as Low-Income Public Housing units. The development is now owned and operated by Related under a 99-year ground lease with Berkeley Housing Authority and the City of Berkeley.
