A public-private partnership with the Anaheim Housing Authority, the Arbors at Vintage Crossings is a multi-phase neighborhood revitalization of Anaheim's Avon-Dakota neighborhood. The development is for family residents in the surrounding area earning 30% to 60% of Area Median Income and is complete with onsite parking as well as bike racks for bicycles. Recreational amenities and social services are available to the residents at Related's neighboring development, Vintage Crossings, and include a 3,000 square foot community center, children's play area, swimming pool, and a pre-school operated by the Anaheim School District. Social services are provided by Project Access.
