Located at the corner of International Boulevard and 94^th Avenue, Acts Cherry Hill Apartments is a 55-unit, affordable, mixed-use development with a community-serving health clinic on the ground floor operated by La Clínica de La Raza, Inc. This transformational community is located directly across the street from the team's inaugural development, Acts Cyrene Apartments, that brought renewed vitality and almost $30 million in redevelopment funds to International Boulevard in 2017.

Acts Cherry Hill Apartments is a public-private partnership between the City of Oakland, Oakland Housing Authority, Acts Community Development Corporation, Related California, the California Strategic Growth Council and the California Department of Conservation. The development was financed with funds from the California Strategic Growth Council’s Transformative Climate Communities Program along with other private and public sources.
