As Project Manager for Related California, Ms. Zak is responsible for supporting and assisting in all aspects of project management, including the acquisition, design, financing, and construction of Related’s market rate, mixed-income and mixed-use developments. She will lead the day-to day management of a 345-unit, mixed-income development in San Francisco and a luxury senior living development in Cupertino.
Prior to joining Related, Ms. Zak was an Associate for TMG Partners and an Analyst for Eastdil Secured, where she played an integral role in the underwriting, acquisition and disposition of over $6 billion in assets. Ms. Zak’s experience includes multifamily, office, and hospitality developments across the West Coast, Colorado, and Texas.
Ms. Zak holds a bachelor’s degree in Slavic Studies with minors in Business and Sociology from Northwestern University. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the NAIOP Young Professionals Group.
