As Executive Vice President of Development for Related California, Mr. Oh is responsible for managing complex, mixed-use developments in Northern and Southern California. He leads all aspects of the development process, including acquisition, entitlements, finance, design, construction, marketing, and sales/leasing for Related’s market rate, mixed-income and mixed-use developments. In his 15 years at Related, he has been responsible for the execution of more than $1.5 billion in completed developments and $3 billion in pre-development.
Most recently, Mr. Oh managed the $1 billion The Grand LA, the final component of The Grand Avenue Project, a dynamic city center, including over 176,000 square feet of retail, a 305-key Conrad hotel, and a 45-story, 436-unit residential tower with 346 luxury residences and 90 affordable residences. He is currently project executive for Related Bristol, a $3 billion mixed-use, master planned development envisioned to include 3,750 residences, 350,000 square feet of retail, a 250-key hotel, and 200 senior, assisted living residences located adjacent to South Coast Plaza in Orange County.
Mr. Oh holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master in Civil Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
