As Project Manager for Related California, Mr. Sheaff is responsible for the management of all aspects of the development process, from the inception through construction completion and stabilization, for more than 150 affordable housing units located in Northern California.
Mr. Sheaff comes to Related with more than 10 years of multifamily development experience Prior to joining Related, Mr. Sheaff was a Development Manager at Lendlease where he led the development efforts of a 340-unit multifamily development in Mountain View, the first of a 7,000-unit master plan in partnership with Google, valued at $15 billion. As a Development Associate for Emerald Fund, he supported a 5-person development team that completed the acquisition, entitlements, financing, permitting, construction, stabilization and sellout of 7 mixed-use, mixed-income properties, with 2,000 residential units and 20,000 square feet in the Bay Area, valued at over $1.2 billion.
Mr. Sheaff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
