As Development Associate for Related California, Ms. Faizah is responsible for supporting and assisting in all aspects of project management, including the design, financing, and construction of more than 400 affordable units located throughout Southern California.
Ms. Faizah comes to Related with a background in affordable housing finance and a passion to promote fair housing in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Related, Ms. Faizah was a Project Manager for CTY Housing, Inc. where she provided financial advisory and project management to affordable housing developers and jurisdictions. She coordinated and secured more than $100 million from various local and state funding applications, and supported the closing for an 85-unit affordable housing development valued at $44 million in Los Angeles County.
Ms. Faizah holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles Luskin School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Science, Community and Regional Development from the University of California, Davis.
