As Vice President of Development for Related California, Mr. Keipper is responsible for managing all aspects of the development process for many market rate projects located in the San Francisco Bay Area including Mason on Mariposa (1601 Mariposa), a 299-unit mixed-income development with 10,000 square feet of retail in San Francisco's Potrero Hill neighborhood, along with multifamily developments in Santa Clara.
Prior to joining Related, Mr. Keipper held the role of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Pacific Medical Buildings, and Acquisitions and Analyst for the Bascom Group. Mr. Keipper holds a Master in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in Finance from San Diego State University.
