As Vice President of Construction for Related California, Mr. Temple is responsible for all pre-construction and construction activities for the market rate, mixed-use and mixed-income developments located throughout Southern California.
Mr. Temple brings to Related more than 27 years of experience with all types of complex, large-scale construction developments, including high rise, mixed-use, residential, studio, parking structures, medical, office and retail. Prior to joining Related, Mr. Temple was a Senior Vice President and the Southern California Regional Director of West Builders, where he oversaw the construction of $400 million in mixed-use developments, including more than 1,150 residential units, 625,000 square feet of retail, production, creative work, and luxury office space, plus more than 700,000 square feet of parking garage.
Mr. Temple holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan.
