As Senior Development Associate for Related California, Mr. Jackson is responsible for supporting and assisting in all aspects of the development process, including the acquisition, design, financing, construction, and stabilization of more than 660 affordable housing units in Northern California.
Prior to joining Related, Mr. Jackson executed both equity and credit investments on the Investments team at Oxford Properties Group in New York City, closing over $2.5 billion in transactions. He began his career at RBC Capital Markets, where he structured, modeled, and executed investment grade and leveraged buyout financings for corporations and financial sponsors.
Mr. Jackson holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and sits on the Affordable & Workforce Housing Product Council of ULI.
