As Project Coordinator for Related California Affordable, Ms. Erkman is responsible for supporting Southern California’s project management team in all aspects of the design, financing, and construction of more than 200 affordable units throughout Southern California.
Ms. Erkman comes to Related with a background in development and brokerage with a strong passion for affordable housing. Prior to joining Related, Ms. Erkman was a broker assistant at Garner & Company in New Orleans where she coordinated rental and sale transactions, researched sales comparisons and completed market analysis, and assisted in the property management of local residential units.
Ms. Erkman holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Tulane University.
