As Project Coordinator for Related California Affordable, Ms. Cotton is responsible for supporting Northern California’s project management team in all aspects of the design, financing, resyndication and construction of more than 1,100 affordable units throughout Northern California.
Prior to joining Related California, Ms. Cotton held various public sector positions, including working in community development for the City of Mountain View and on high opportunity area zoning reform for the City of San Francisco. Prior to getting involved in the public sector, Ms. Cotton was a Leasing Consultant for Lyon Living, where she managed the maintenance for 50 apartments and systemized a two-week expedited clean-up and maintenance plan to prepare the apartments for move-out.
Ms. Cotton holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate and Law from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona.
