As Vice President of Construction for Related California, Mr. Ritter is responsible for all pre-construction and construction activities for the Los Angeles region.
Mr. Ritter brings 20 years of experience with complex, large-scale construction developments to Related. Prior to joining Related, Mr. Ritter was a Project Executive, Superintendent and Senior Project Manager for Bernards and WEST Builders, where he oversaw the construction of $850 million in mixed-use developments, including more than 2,100 residential units. Mr. Ritter led the design-build of the Martin Luther King Behavioral Health Center for the County of Los Angeles, a $260 million, 500,000 square foot behavioral health facility with an urgent care center, probation facility, public health offices, treatments rooms, nursing stations, a commercial kitchen and conference center.
Mr. Ritter holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and an Associate Degree in Mathematics from College of the Canyons.
